Everyday we wake up with enormous enthusiasm and see the world’s transitioning into sustainable energy. A company dedicated to producing affordable, mass-market electric cars as well as battery products and solar roofs. Landing the gig doesn't come easy though. Be it Mechanical Engineer/Electrical Engineer even for interns, the work is tough and we get to work with fellow interns from MIT, Stanford, Princeton ,Carnegie Mellon, etc… All of us compete together ,help each other no matter what the problem statement is .
Working at Tesla is  like drinking water from an ocean ; you will be always pushed beyond your comfort zone, and will be given an immense amount of responsibility, and opportunity to  learn a ton in short amount of time. I would consider myself lucky enough for all of these 'pros' of working at the company, because these will be  the conditions under which I can thrive and gain knowledge at the most. But, understandably not everyone likes to be constantly under the pressure of unrealistic deadlines or working more hours than you would at most other companies. It is, though, a great place to grow in short  time, and it sure does look good on a resume as well. Sometimes irrespective of the days we work 24*7 .

Its for sure a fast-paced company with fast paced people, dynamic work environment with employees who are incredibly enthusiastic about what they do. I believe communication is a key factor and they focus heavily on making sure everyone is on the same page so projects get completed efficiently and surpass expectations. There's really everybody... doing as exciting stuff. It is a company filled with energetic and bright people who are the best at what they do! The products are exciting and no other company will be doing as exciting stuff as Tesla is. 
"In general, the expectations are stressful and demanding but the work is awesome. There is no other company that parallels. Work is intense whether it could be managing stuff,designing stuff,etc..we are expected to be self-reliant. It could be a pro or a con depending on what type of worker you are...
But I love working at Tesla as it shapes my professional personality and gives me whole soul responsibility to take up any kind of arduous tasks.

PART II: A major twist in our lives happened during  Papa’s retirement. We were supposed to visit  Bangalore  for a month to relish his retirement and visit  places  in and  around  Bangalore. It was March 30th(don't remember the exact year) when brother started to feel  nauseated  and next day we took  him to a  doctor .Doctor mentioned  that  it was appendicitis and he needs to get treated immediately(It was not actually appendicitis since he had 10 stitches on his lower abdomen) .So we had to cancel our Bangalore trip and Papa took official retirement on a sad note. He rushed to the hospital directly from railway station. After a month everything was back to normal and s tarted spending  quality  time with Papa, but the destiny didn't favor mom. EXPECATIONS FOR MESSY MOMENTS

  One day a basketball fanatic wanted to play basketball with her friends, but apparently none turned up because it was a weekend. Her desire to play basketball rose that she started searching for basketball courts in the vicinity. Gratefully she found one at a drivable distance but didn’t know how to drive a car☹ at that point of time. Ah snap that didn’t stop her from practicing her favorite game, nevertheless she biked to the court and played basketball unaccompanied. She was ecstatic because she overcame her obligations, limitations, excuses and managed to play. From then on, she set novice prospects for herself to play no matter whatever the situations life throws at her. Everyone has expectations for themselves,  but I never thought I would be the one to secure gold medal in 2016 for excellence in extra-curricular, co-curricular activities and academics (still reminisce those beautiful days). Feelings are palpable if you express fictitious if you don't inarticulate:) I've lately realized that penning down my feelings, thoughts is the best to retrospect on self.One day I was irate while driving because of something due to which I ended up driving impetuously, not following rules knowing that it will be collateral damage, self-damage if something happens. Inherently I knew am not that kind of a person but at times it's an instinctive reaction to be just indignant .Therefore I comprehended myself to just stay calm by taking deep breaths while driving .Other best practices how I got rid of irateness was just going for a walk in nature or putting down thoughts in a journal, talking to family/best friends .
