Spirituality

  May I be at peace May my heart remain open May I awaken to the light of my own true nature May I be healed May I be a source of ebullience. Whenever we listen or use the word spirituality, we tend to assume that the word might be related to religion, portraying cultural views. People may describe a spiritual experience as  sacred  or transcendent   or simply a deep sense of aliveness and interconnectedness. I started off intriguing about the essence of spirituality when I was a 20-year-old and wanted to share my thoughts on its relevance in current situations. In my view it’s the realization of man’s real nature. As Swami Vivekananda said Religion is realization; not talk, nor doctrine, nor theories, how beautiful they may be.
